I chose the name ‘Re+Bloom’ for my floral studio because the idea represents so much more than beautiful flowers. We all rebloom throughout our lives because of the people we meet and the events we experience. We grow; we fail; we love; and we lose - but we always have the ability to begin anew. That is the lesson that flowers teach us - and one that I hope to tell through each design I create.

Krista is the owner and creative director of Re+Bloom Couture Florals. As a young girl, she fell in love with flowers while picking daylilies in her grandmother’s garden. After a career in communications, Krista rediscovered the joys of gardening leading her to pursue floral design.

Krista trained at the New York Botanical Garden in New York City and studied under floral designers such as Royal Florist Philippa Craddock. Inspired by nature’s exceptional beauty, the fine arts and fashion, she creates floral arrangements and installations that tell a story while highlighting form, line and texture.
